The moment you walk in the door at our Superior Petroleum headquarters operation in Crown Point, IN, you’re greeted with a spacious lobby / reception area, appropriately decorated with newspaper and magazine articles of historical significance about the company, its heritage and our evolution. Just behind that is a broad expanse of office modules, centered in approximately 2500 square feet of open space, dedicated to administrative, order taking and fulfillment, and customer service activities.

Surrounding the central administrative area are executive offices where most of the “Heavy Lifting” gets done. Sales, marketing, management, processing & fulfillment and dispatch now have a much improved ability to make work-flow seamless -- all to our customers’ benefit.

Adjacent to and just behind the office complex is a huge warehouse roughly three stories high. Designed for ‘easy-in / easy-out’€� drive-through access by semis and tankers, this 25,000-square-foot facility houses vast inventories of everything from case lot lubricants, solvents and other products, to storage tanks, drums, totes, and other vessels housing high-demand products, ready for prompt turnaround, when orders are placed.

Keep in mind, the impetus for this entire operational design has always been focused on how Superior Petroleum can serve its customers most effectively. Our facility is but one small link in a long chain of links... each of which always has efficiency, service effectiveness, and cost benefit at its core.
